We therefore never recommend starting ZO with anything less than the core products that form the foundation of every skincare protocol. These core products include variations of cleanser, exfoliator, toner, antioxidant, and a sunscreen.

For best results, we discourage mixing and matching ZO Skin Health products with other skincare and/or makeup lines, with the exception of Colorescience, as this has been clinically tested alongside ZO and been shown to enhance results.

We offer a dedicated text line for all patients and patrons of The Skin Health Institute. Our team of eight licensed providers — including physicians, nurses, and medical aestheticians — are all certified ZO Skin Health Experts and personally trained by Dr. Eckel in her protocols.

Available Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, they offer real-time expert advice, personalized routines, product guidance, and ongoing support.

We recommend every 4 weeks during the initial treatment phase, and every 2–3 months thereafter.
